AFFORDABLE HOUSING CONSTRUCTION, DENNIS, MA
HPU has been contracted by Delphi Construction of Waltham and Mashpee, MA. We are currently installing 74 energy efficient Fujitsu mini-split, ductless heat pumps at this new construction site. This project is an affordable housing project for the nonprofit Preservation of Affordable Housing and the Cape-based Housing Assistance Corporation.

PRIVATE JET COMPANY, BRAINTREE, MA
The world’s largest provider of private jet travel, Sentient Jet, is located in Braintree, MA.
HPU originally was called to repair a heat pump that had been previously installed by another company. After repair was completed Seninent contracted HPU to install a new ductless heat pump. The installation was in the IT department to help maintain a consistent temperature required for IT equipment.
SPORTSMAN’S CLUB, PLYMPTON, MA
The Upland Sportman’s Club in Plympton, MA contracted HPU to bring cool air and warm heat to their 2-story facility. The club is now able to rent their function hall year-round, knowing their customers will enjoy a more comfortable facility to hold events, as well as their lower level meeting room and kitchen area.
ATTLEBORO AFFORDABLE HOUSING
Action for Boston Community Development contracted HPU to install 15 energy efficient mini split heat pumps at the Martin Street apartments.
SEAMEN’S BANK TRURO, MA
Seamen’s Bank is Cape Cod’s oldest community bank. Once again HPU has contracted out to Delphi Construction.
